Foil stamping is the application of an image of gold, silver, or another colour on paper, leather, plastic, wood etc, using the letterpress technique. The foil leaves a shiny metallic imprint — one that cannot be achieved by any other printing technology. As the colours cover the surface, foil stamping can be used for printing on dark and structured design paper, as well as materials from offset or digital printing. There are special foils for spot varnish, holograms and safety labels.
Embossing means pressing an image into a material — paper, wood, leather, plastic.
Foil stamping and blind blocking require the manufacture of a stereotype, meaning it is not practical to print single copies using this technology. As foil stamping and embossing on existing products has certain limitations, prior consultation is required.

We produce posters, banners, outdoor advertisements, stickers with various shapes, labels and more. The inks used are waterproof and environmentally friendly — suitable for printing on paper and film, sticker materials, various fabrics and canvas. Also prints the colour white. It is a roll to roll machine with a maximum print width of 1300 mm and length up to 50 m.

What is it?
The secret to this technology lies in the ink — it does not contain solvents but only hardens under a UV lamp. Therefore, it enables to print on a very wide range of materials: glass, metal, plastic, wood, paper, leather. A special feature of the machine is its ability to print on objects with a thickness of up to 10 cm! This makes UV printing a very good technology for the production of promotional gifts and awards. The maximum printing surface is 500 × 330 mm
It should be mentioned that UV printed products are not machine washable.
